Returns are accepted within 30-days* of delivery given they have not been driven on or mounted.
If you received a tire other than that which was placed in your order, Real Deal Tires will pay for the shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the tires received are consistent with the tires placed in the original order.

Once we are notified of your request to return, we will send you a FedEx packaging label. Securely tape the packaging slip to the tires that you are returning and drop them off at the nearest FedEx facility.
Note it is the customers’ responsibility to make sure the returned tires are properly packaged and protected for shipment. Real Deal Tires will not accept a return of product that is damaged due to the negligence of the customer.
Once the undamaged/un-mounted tires are received, Real Deal Tires will credit a refund back to the original form of payment.*Under some circumstances, Real Deal Tires will accept returned tire requests beyond the 30-day requirement given they are still undamaged/un-mounted. However, in these cases, the customer will be charged shipping costs and a restocking fee.
